Nathan's Newborn Photos

Nathan is the first newborn I've photographed since having a baby of my own (you may remember his parents' maternity session from a few months ago!) and what's fascinating is that to me, suddenly all newborns are vastly different from each other. My Coral is a big, robust, expressive 5-week-old baby while Nathan is still a tiny, delicate, sleepy, serious little 2-week-old peanut. That doesn't mean that he didn't absolutely rock his photo session...including all the adorable hats his parents found for him!

Apparently the Sox have brand new fan!

I love asking new mothers about their favorite features in their newborn babies, because most of the time those features will be gone and outgrown within a matter of months. Nathan's mama said she loves his "tiny little triangles" of nostrils.
