Best-Of 2011: Weddings

Some of our favorite images from weddings we photographed this year. Ah, memories.Early in the year I photographed the wedding of Jill & Joselito, which was special to me since I've known Jill since high school. She sure made a beautiful bride, as well!

I also photographed Julie & Mike's very special wedding this September. They were so, SO happy together, as evident by the look on Julie's face when she first saw Mike in his spiffy white suit!Julie & Mike also had amazing design team headed by Charm Events. They really brought their A-game for the couple.

We also photographed the wedding of Kim & Jody this spring. The couple wed on the same day as Prince William & Kate Middleton, it was a "wedding fever" weekend for sure!They look so happy during their first dance as husband and wife! Too cute of a couple.

Then there was Wendy & Sean's sweet woodsy wedding, rich with delightful personal touches by ZOe Productions.

I also photographed Nancy and Vinny's wedding ceremony at the eye-popping Our Lady of Angels Cathedral in downtown Los Angeles. GORGEOUS venue with utterly glorious acoustics.

We also traveled to the Palm Springs area to photograph Jessica & Egan's colorful pink-and-orange wedding. Just in time before the weather got too overwhelming in that area!

Matt photographed Genesis & Eric's elegant black-tie affair at Dove Canyon Country Club this fall.

And of course, who could forget Lauren & James' sweet DIY wedding at the Long Beach Museum of Art!

Special thanks to all our couples this year, 2011 sure was a memorable year to get married, and we were so fortunate to be able to photograph so many beautiful details and emotions!
