WIPA meeting in Carlsbad, CA

Always flattered to be tapped to photograph prominent industry events, like those produced by the members of WIPA.  Last week the June 2011 meeting was held at the Park Hyatt Aviara in Carlsbad and featured discussions on "A Sense of Place" from destination planner Ali Phillips and photographer Andrena "Dina" Douglass.

Matt and I were duly impressed by Ambiance Designs' floral creations on the back lawn!

The event theme was "Bon Voyage: India, Morocco, Turkey" so of course Henna San Diego had to be present!

Rentals and event design were generously furnished by Pow Wow, Artistic Event Design, and La Tavola Linen, respectively.
